Mom... This is Real

Afton has an amazing book all about flower fairies. We both enjoy reading about flower fairies and can't wait until we have flowers in our own yard.

Yesterday Afton walked over to the bookshelf  and picked up her Fairy Book. She proceeded to tell me that it was on the wrong shelf- "Mom this book is 'real'. It should be down here in the non-fiction."
I didn't have the heart to tell her that fairies aren't real, so like any good mother would, I promptly moved the book to the non-fiction section.
Call me crazy, but I have no problem telling her that the Easter Bunny and Santa are fake, but I'm not telling her that fairies are too.
BTW- the reason that Utah doesn't have Spring yet is because the mischievous elves stole it, duh!
